All content, designs, graphics, compilations, magnetic translation, digital conversion, and other materials produced by Horus.ai Studio are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Upon full payment, you will own the rights to the final deliverables as specified in your service agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for project requirements
• Respond to communications in a timely manner
• Provide necessary materials, assets, and feedback as requested
• Make payments according to agreed-upon terms

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in individual service agreements. Generally, projects require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. Late payments may incur additional fees.

6. Revisions and Modifications

The number of revisions included in each project will be specified in your service agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon scope may incur extra charges.

7. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of all client information and project details. We will not disclose any confidential information without your express permission, except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Horus.ai Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. In case of termination, you will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Munich, Germany.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
